Love the place. They have very accomodating and friendly staff who go the extra mile to help their guests. Told the staff that if I will stay there again next time. Right in front of the train station (although need to walk about 10mins round the old buildings and cross a bridge to the train station). Free tour to Murano to see glass blowing at a factory. Breakfast was very good.  Checking out was smooth. And able to get a porter to help transport the luggages over the bridges to the train station was fantastic!!

まさかの、ムラーノ島へ無料プライベート船で行くことができ、さらにインストラクターがつきっきりでベネチアンガラス工房や併設のガラスショップ(というより美術館という表現がふさわしいくらいでしたが)の見學もさせてもらえました。プライベート船は午前中のみで30分に１本で、その回に乗った人たちに1人インストラクターがつく感じでした。運がいいことに、私たちの回は日本語がとても堪能なインストラクターで、日本語で説明を聞いたり質問したりできました。ホテルの部屋も寫真通りのきらびやかな內裝で、大満足でした。シャワーの湯量は(イタリアはどこでもそうでしたが)ちょっと弱めです。

From the Doge suite, the Grand canal can not be seen from bed, couch or chairs. The only way to see the Grand canal is to stand by the windows since all the windows start at chest height, which for me was very disappointing. The AC works very well and is very quiet.

En tout point parfait. L emplacement, l accueil, le professionnalisme du personnel, la chambre, le petit-déjeuner, la climatisation. Tout était parfait digne d un hôtel 5 étoiles a taille familiale. Je recommande vivement cette établissement plein de bienveillance et d'élégance. Merci pour votre accueil

位置很好，離主島火車站衹需要過一座大橋和一座迷你橋，拖行李不費勁。 房間裝修很復古，乾淨整潔，面積比較小，但威尼斯主島寸土寸金可以理解。有配洗漱用品（洗髮、沐浴、護髮素、潤膚乳）和拖鞋，難能可貴，雖然是四星酒店，但這方面達到了五星標準。 酒店工作人員服務態度極好，友善熱情，非常感謝

房間和設施有點老舊，但住起來是滿有古典味的。位置在本島很方便離車站近，但也不是在聖馬克心臟地區。 本趟歐洲旅行一個月來最貴的一間，性價比一般。

The frontdesk and bellboy is very helpful with check in and toursit information. There is no lift, but luckily frontdesk manage to arrange someone to help us on the luggage move in when check in and check out. Located Just beside main riverside.
